For those who are interested, there is a difference with the display layout for PC and mobile. Also there are differences depending on which Browser you may be using and which tablet or mobile phone.

iPad will show as a PC while iPhone shows in mobile version. Chrome on Android tablet shows as a PC while an Android phone shows in Mobile format.
